REFUNDS

By making payment, either by deposit or bank transfer, to the account indicated on our home page, in cash or through the PayPal system, you acknowledge that you are aware of and accept our refund and cancellation policies.

REFUND FOR COURSES, CLASSES, CONFERENCES AND WORKSHOPS

If you request your refund up to 8 calendar days before the date of the event, you will be reimbursed 100% of your payment.

If you request your refund 3 calendar days before the date of the event, you will be refunded 50% of your payment.

If you request your refund less than 3 days before the date of the event, or do not show up to the event, it will not be possible to make any refund, nor use the balance deposited as credit for other courses.

Sorry, we cannot make exceptions, as we cover the corresponding amount, as well as the logistics costs in advance of the event. The request for a refund to proceed should invariably be made by email to contact@staging.waasglobalsandbox.com, with the following details:

- Name of the participant

– Bank to which the account number belongs

– Interbank account number and number

– Proof of payment

– Brief reason for requesting reimbursement (used for statistics)

The date of reception of your mail will be taken as a reference for the calculation of the percentage to be reimbursed.

The refund period, if any, will depend on the method of payment you have used, but it should never exceed 7 working days from the date we confirm, by email, that we are aware of your request.

It is not possible to transfer tickets from one event to another, or to the same event on different dates or online.

ONLINE COURSES, SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS (ONLINE DISTANCE LEARNING MODE)

Due to the configuration and security protocols of the system in place, there is no refund once payment has been made for a recorded course online.

No changes can be made to courses, without exception, as these courses are not face-to-face and YOU have the option of choosing the one you like best.

The validity to take any online course or download the file (if applicable) is 60 calendar days from the date of your payment. We ask you to read clearly the instructions that are sent to you along with the link and your access so that you can enjoy the online course.

Once you start to reproduce the course, workshop, class or lecture, you will be in the active system for a certain time (hours) in order to take it. After this time the system will automatically deactivate the product online.

REFUNDS FOR PACKAGES PURCHASED THROUGH THIRD PARTIES

Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds on any courses purchased through third parties. Since we do not process the original payment, we do not have a record of the transaction, so we cannot process a refund. To request a refund, we suggest that you contact the provider directly.
